Essence of Life Magnesium Gel is derived from natural, condensed seawater and contains a multitude of healthful, dissolved minerals and trace elements. This formulation was created for those who want to apply the magnesium topically without such an ‘oily’ feel. Dr. Smith recommends this product. Dr. Smith recommends diluting with aloe vera.

Ingredients: Condensed seawater: i.e.: water, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, boron, calcium, selenium, and other trace elements of seawater, Amigel®, . . . a natural polysaccharide gelling agent derived from Sclerotium rolfsii. (approx. 1751 mg. of magnesium chloride per teaspoon . . . 5 ml ) Usage: Massage Magnesium Gel onto skin to help support relief from daily stress, aches and pains and to promote a feeling of wellness. Dr. Smith recommends diluting with aloe vera. Caution: Avoid direct contact with eyes and sensitive mucous membranes, as you would with any sea-salt solution. If you experience a slight, temporary stinging sensation, simply dilute the area with clean water.
